The Sai Gon Giai Phong Chinese daily visited and offered 100 gifts on June 30 worth VND 1million each to 100 disadvantaged families in the central province of Quang Nam's Duy Xuyen district.
The ammount of money comes from readers' contribution.
Deputy editor in Chief and in charge of Sai Gon Giai Phong Chinese daily Nguyen Ngoc Anh shared the difficulties & challenges of local people and those who sacrified their life for the country in the wartime, adding that this visit also aims to help local people overcome difficulties in their lives.
