South Korean naval ship arrives in HCM City

The Republic of Korea naval ship Roks Wang Geon (DDH 978) carrying 37 officers and 263 sailors on-board docked at Sai Gon Port on August 6 to begin a four-day visit to HCM City.

The delegation paid a courtesy visit to HCM City leaders and the Navy High Command Region 2.

As scheduled, they will visit a SOS children village, take part in a friendly volleyball competition with students from the Navy Technique College and enjoy a sightseeing tour.

Three Russian ships Admiral Panteleev, Pechenga and SB-522 arrived at the Tien Sa port of Da Nang City on July 31 for an three-day official visit.
