Tropical low-pressure system makes sea rough

Low-pressure zone moved west; gained strength and developed into a tropical low system this morning. It centered at 10.4 degrees north latitude; 111.3 degrees east longitude, 270km from the east part of the Phu Quy island.

The National Center for Hydro Meteorological issued weather forecast at this afternoon the strongest wind speed near the center of the zone was 50 to 60km per hour.

In the next 24 hours, it is forecast to move west, at 10 to 15km per hour. Tomorrow, it will center at 10.5 degrees north latitude, 109.0 degrees east longitude on the coastal provinces of Ninh Thuan to Ba Ria Vung Tau.

 Due to the impacts of tropical low-pressure, the west and south parts of the East Sea including Truong Sa Islands see strongest wind of level 7.

Tonight, the sea areas from Khanh Hoa to Ben Tre provinces will experience strong wind at level six and seven sea rough.
