Two large summits within APEC 2017 Economic Leaders' Week to open

At a press conference relating to the 2017 APEC Vietnam, President of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Vu Tien Loc said that the 2017 Vietnam Business Summit and APEC CEO Summit will be held from November 7-10 within a framework of the APEC 2017 Economic Leaders' Week in Da Nang city. 
The 2017 APEC CEO Summit is scheduled to take place from November 8- 10 with the participation of many economic leaders of APEC who will have dialogues with more than 1,000 senior leaders in the region. 

Under a theme of “Creating new motivation to build the future”, the summit will focus on new globalization tendencies, science and technology revolution, enterprises connection, seeking new cooperation opportunities and strengthening economic development and potential realization on trade and investment. 

The 2017 Vietnam Business Summit titled “Vietnam- A confident business partner” will be organized in November 7 with the attendance of senior leaders from government, ministries, departments and localities of Vietnam, and representatives of international organizations, scholars and hundreds of enterprises in the world and Asia- Pacific region. 

The summit is considered as a favorable chance for international investors to learn on economic policies and cooperation and investment potentialities in Vietnam, as well as to contact between foreign and domestic firms in sharing commercial tendencies, international integration.

There are six sessions on smart agriculture, financial service, health and education, infrastructure, tourism and economic special zone, start-up and innovation during the events.
