Vietnam requires Google to remove videos guiding children to suicide
The Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information under the Ministry of Information and Communications has just required Google to remove clips with malicious contents and intensify filter and censorship to prevent such clips from appearing in Youtube.
The requirement has come after the community of parents in Vietnam expressed concern over the appearance of many videos with malicious contents guiding children to suicide. One of these contents is “Momo challenge.”
Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, two biggest cities of Vietnam, have been facing severe traffic jam and environmental pollution caused by exhaust fume. Lots of researches and programs have been drawn and expected to well control operation of private vehicles and create conditions for public transport development. Still experts have advised the cities to go step by step to obtain the target.
