Vietnamese people express deep gratitude for Hung Kings

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong visited and worked in Vo Mieu Commune, Thanh Son District in Phu Tho Province on April 5.

Party General Secretary Trong surveyed economic and social development in new rural construction and political system in the area.

At the meeting with local authorities, he ordered relevant agencies and local authorities to improve plans of reducing poverty.

For the anniversary of Hung Kings, General Secretary Trong burnt incense and laid wreaths to commemorate Hung Kings at the Hung Kings Temple in Hy Cuong Commune in Viet Tri City.

General Secretary Trong also visited Thuong Temple to honor the kings. He expressed gratitude for the contribution of the kings on behalf of the people and soldiers.
