Vietnam’s Diplomatic Bluebook launched

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam held a ceremony to introduce Vietnam’s Diplomatic Bluebook in Hanoi on September 22.

The diplomatic book consists off six chapters highlighting the international and regional diplomatic activities in 2015, policies of Vietnamese Party and State, outstanding bilateral and multilateral diplomatic achievements as well as difficulties in 2015 and past five years, diplomatic programs contributing to the country’s development and protection, activities of the Party and the National Assembly and new points of the external guidelines at the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Communist Party.

The book also analyzes details of seven of new features in the external relation policies of the 12th Party Congress such as topics of the 12th Party congress, a goal for ensuring best benefits of the nation, relations with other countries and important partners on the national defense and security, external affairs guidelines for international and regional integration, new ways approaching to people to people diplomacy and policies for diplomatic activities on defense and security.
