At the reception, Mr.Tran Dai Quang said that Japan is the leading important and long-term development partner of Vietnam, adding that both sides will strengthen further comprehensive cooperation and development. "Vietnam will create favorable oppotunities in cooperative development for Japanese businesses", noted State President Quang.
Besides, Japanese Government needs to create more favorable conditions to connect investment cooperation between two countries’ enterprises via activities of investment, trade, tourism and labor promotion and cooperation.
Chairman of Vietnam- Japan Economic Committee Takahashi thanked for exchange ideas of the President. He added “Vietnam has attracted the most investment projects from Japan in ASEAN region with over 150 firms. Joining in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is expected to bring new cooperative and investment opportunities between two countries, contributing helping Vietnam to be an attractive market to Japanese investors.
On the same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also had a meeting with Japanese delegation.
The PM highly appreciated outstanding contribution from Vietnam- Japan Economic Committee for improving investment environment in Vietnam, and being a bridge for Japanese investors to invest in the country. The PM said that Japan has contributed to raise Vietnam- Japan comprehensive strategic partnership in various fields. Vietnamese Government will continue creating the best conditions for Japanese investors.
