Vietnamese carriers had to cancel and change departure and landing times for domestic flights at Cat Bi airport in the northern city of Hai Phong on March 13 because of drizzle and deep cloud.

Vietjet airline canceled three flights, and asked three other flights to land at Noi Bai International airport in Hanoi.
Low-cost carrier Jetstar Pacific also forced its domestic flight on the Ho Chi Minh City- Cat Bi route to land at Noi Bai Airport.
Vietnam Airline also provided assistance to passengers from four flights to move to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi. The national flag carrier also decided to reserve and give back tickets for passengers.
According to the airlines, the drizzle and deep cloud have experienced annually in Hai Phong in March and April which affected directly many flights.
