Rainwater rose up to 40 centimets, causing difficulties in travelling for all vehicles, even triggering engine failure vehicles. 
Serious flooding caused many cars and motorbikes move slowly through the districts of Binh Tan, Tan Phu, Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Thu Duc, district 6, 9 and 11. 
The flooding brought long- hour traffic jam on National Road 1 streching from Binh Phuoc intersection to An Suong intersection. 
The serious traffic jam also occurred in Le Van Viet Street, district 9.
