By September 12, the cold front is going to affect directly to the northern mountain provinces, and then it will expand in some places of northern and northern central provinces.

Because of the influence of the cold weather, both the northern and northern central provinces will see heavy rains on the large scale on September 12- 13. Northeast wind speed blows at level 2- 3 in the mainland and at level 3- 4 in the coastal provinces.

In the southern region, the bad weather of thunderstorm, cyclone, prolonged heavy rains, level 5-6 wind speed and sea rough are predicted to threaten the southern territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau and from Ca Mau to Kien Giang and Gulf of Thailand because of the effect of an on going low pressure trough at 13- 16 degrees north latitude.

Showery weather continues hitting the area of Ho Chi Minh City and the southern region in the evening with its temperature at 23- 33 degrees Celsius.
