Currently, the northern and northern central provinces and East Sea’s offshore have been announced to face the bad weather situation like heavy rains, strong winds, sea rough and big waves, by the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center on February 11.

Because of the influence of blowing the turbulence atmosphere from the westward, the northern and northern central region are predicted to see a heavy rain on the large scale on February 13- 14. The northwestern and northeastern mountain provinces will generate heavy rains with the rainfall of 20- 30 mm.

Moreover, due to the influence of an additional cold front, the territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau and the Spratly Islands will be threatened by strong wind of level 5- 6, sea rough and 2- 3 meters big waves.
