Hot weather hits central region

The foehn effect, a low pressure trough along with the southwest monsoon have been causing a hot wave to move on the large scale in the central provinces from Thanh Hoa to Quang Ngai.

The weather condition is predicted to last next two or three days. 

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center said that the highest daytime temperature in the region could increase at 35- 36 degrees Celsius, even up to over 37 degrees Celsius in some places. 

Meanwhile, the northern region has been hammered by medium- heavy rains because a low pressure trough continues being compressed by a continental high pressure in combination with wind convergence at 1,500 meters above sea level. 

Downpour, thunderstorm, hail and cyclone will sweep through the northern and northern mountainous provinces by the midnight of June 26. 

Cirrus cloud, small- medium rain, thunderstorm, cyclone, the southwest monsoon of level 2-3 and humidity of 60- 98 percent are the weather phenomenon of the southern provinces.  

The highest temperature in the area will swing from 31- 34 degrees Celsius, and the lowest temperature can keep at 24- 27 degrees Celsius.
