The Central Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, the National Committee for Search and Rescue asked the coastal provinces and cities from Quang Ninh to Quang Ngai, the north and north- central provinces, Ministries of Defense, Transport, Foreign Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment, Information and Communications, Trade and Industry, Agriculture and Rural Development, Construction, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam News Agency, Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam …to continue eyeing as well as timely providing information on the current bad weather condition to the local people. In next 24 hour, the storm will move the north-westwards.
Because of the impact, both the north and north- central region will see downpours with its peak rainfall of 100- 300 mm.
Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam and press agencies need to increase broadcast time as well as constantly provide information on the weather condition.
