Low-pressure zone brings rains in East Sea

The National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting said tropical low pressure system which was formed from the 7th typhoon (Yutu) weakened into low-pressure zone.

At 10am, it centered at 20.5 degrees north latitude, 116.0 degree east longitude, 630km from the east north part of Hoang Sa Islands.

The strongest wind was below level 6, 40km per hour.

In the next 12 hours, the zone is forecast to move slowly then disappear.

However, sea areas of the north part of the East Sea have torrential rains and strong wind.
