New tropical low depression enters East Sea

A new tropical low pressure zone appeared in the northeast of  East Sea this morning, reported the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center.

Its eye was centered at 17.0- 19.0 degrees north latitude and 115.0- 117.0 degrees east longitude at 7am today. 
Within next 24 hours, the depression zone is predicted to slowly move and gradually operate. 
Because of its circulation and strong operation of the southwest monsoon, the northeast of East Sea, the southern territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will suffer small- medium rain, thunderstorm and the southwest wind of level 6-9.
