The rainfall in the northeastern provinces of Thai Nguyen, Lang Son and Quang Ninh reached 50- 120 mm.

Currently, lower whirlpool causes rains in the northern region. By September 3, a flood swept through Thai Binh and Ky Cung river systems with 3- 6 meters in upstream and 2- 4 meter downstream.

Flood and landslide are warned to hit the northern mountain provinces of Thai Nguyen, lang Son, Yen Bai, Bac Giang, Bac Kan and Son La.

Meanwhile, the southern and the Central Highlands provinces including Ho Chi Minh City enjoy the beautiful weather. The highest temperature maintains at 26- 34 degrees Celsius today.

Sunny weather daytime and rain at night have come in the Central region with temperature at 36 degrees Celsius.
