Weakness of cold air mass in combination with expansion of a hot low pressure zone from the westward have caused milder climate with appearance of small rainfall and light fog over the North- Central provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien- Hue.
From February 8-9, the Central coastal locations from Da Nang to Binh Thuan are forecast to see sunny days without rains, gusty wind of level 2-3, air humidity of 50- 95 percent, maximum temperature of 29- 32 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature between 21 and 24 degrees Celsius.
The same weather situation is forecast in the Central Highlands and the Southern region with the highest temperature reaching 30- 33 degrees Celsius, even above 33 degrees Celsius in some places.
