Because of the powerful operation of the cold front, the temperature in the central provinces is going to begin dropping sharply since tomorrow.

Additionally, the cold spell will bring the northeast monsoon of level 2-3 in the mainland, at level 3-4 in the coastal region.
The massive cold air will cover the northern mountainous provinces with the lowest temperature at 10- 13 degrees Celsius, even drop down under 10 degrees Celsius in the upcoming days.
The central and southern offshore waters will see powerful wind of level 5-7 while the northern territorial water of the East Sea is warned to suffer wind of level 6-9 by December 1.
Medium- heavy rains are warned to shoulder over the coastal mid- central region.
Due to a low- pressure trough appearance in the southern territorial water of the East Sea including the Spratly Islands, the waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand have experienced showery weather, thunderstorm, cyclone and wind of up to level 6-7.
