North,South region sees warm weather, rains hit central provinces

The Central Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center said the northern and southern region will see warm weather in the Tet holiday while the central provinces will experience heavy rains.

HCMC will enjoy warm weather in the Tet holiday

Heavy rains will hit the central provinces from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa and is forecast to last till January 26 with rainfall of between 50 to 100mm.

The temperature in the northern region will be 21 to 23 degree Celcius in Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Lang Son, Dien Bien Phu, Son La.

While the central highlands provinces and southern region will see warm weather. The temperature in HCMC and Vung Tau, Ca Mau, Can Tho will continue to experience high temperatures in 31 to 33 Celcius degree.

Pleiku, Ban Me Thuot will have the highest temperature at 25-26 degree Celcius degree and Da Lat city will enjoy 22 degree Celcius.
