Rainy weather & high humidity cover over north & north- central region

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center reported that the southern territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau provinces including the Spratly Islands are expected to see small- medium rainfall, cyclone and thunderstorm today because of an impact of the low pressure trough.

Both the north and north- central region enjoyed showery weather, fog and cold air mass with the lowest temperature of below 12 degrees Celsius in the early morning. 

Meanwhile, the west part of the northern provinces saw small rains, slight mist and wind, cold air, humidity of 65- 97 percent, the lowest temperature of 11- 14 degrees Celsius and the highest temperature of 19- 22 degrees Celsius. 

The east- northern region and Hanoi capital is forecast to experience weather conditions of rain, slight mist and wind, humidity of 60- 97 percent, the lowest temperature at 13- 16 degrees Celsius and the highest temperature at 18- 21 degrees Celsius. 

The provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien- Hue, from Da Nang to Binh Thuan have also suffered deep cloud, small- medium rainfall, fog appearance, the northwest monsoon of level 2-3, high humidity of 60- 98 percent, the minimum temperature of 14- 22 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature of 20- 25 degrees Celsius. 

Both the Central Highlands and the southern region are warned to see circus cloud, showery weather and thunderstorm in some places, sustainable wind of level 2-3, humidity of 55- 94 percent, the lowest temperature of 16- 26 degrees Celsius and the highest daytime temperature of 25- 31 degrees Celsius.
