From this evening, the ongoing cold air in combination with wind convergence of 5,000 meters will cause medium rainfall in the Northern provinces.
The lowest temperature at night or in the early morning could keep at 12- 15 degrees Celsius, even drop down under 10 degrees Celsius in the northern mountainous provinces.
The weather condition in Hanoi city is forecast to suffer damaging cold with its lowest temperature at 13-15 degrees Celsius while the north and mid- East Sea is going to see maximum wind of level 6-8 and sea rough.
The central province also see medium- heavy rains on the large scale on December 27- 28.
From December 30 to January 1, the northern and central provinces are predicted to experience dangerous cold, deep cloud, small rain, the northeast monsoon of level 3-4 while the Central Highlands and the southern region will see circus cloud without rain, the northeast monsoon of level 2-3 and sunny weather.
