The weather experts explained for the unexpected rain was due to the influence of low trough running through the south central region in companied with the powerful operation of the southwest monsoon and the circulation of typhoon ‘Megi’.
In addition, temperature and moisture decrease, wind converges and some impacts from climate change caused the bad weather.
Because of the influence of weather phenomenon La Nina, very- heavy rains are going to experience in the city and the southern provinces in the upcoming time, added Mr. Dang Van Dung.
