Storm Yutu weakens, turns out from East Sea

After slamming into the East Sea, storm Yutu has been moving out from the area and weakening, said National Hydro Meteorological Forecasting Center.

At 7 a.m. this morning, the storm was located 570 kilometers northeast of the Hoang Sa (Paracel) Islands with wind power reducing to level 9-10 moving 75-100 kilometers an hour.
In the next 24 hours, the storm will move north at 10 kilometers an hour. By 7 a.m. on November 2, it will be centered 440 kilometers southwest off Taiwan (China) with gales of level 9 travelling 75-90 kilometers an hour.
The storm has stirred the northern part of the East Sea.
