According to the latest weather news from the Central Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, the tropical low pressure was centered at the seashore of Quang Nam and Phu Yen with its strongest wind of level 7- 9 at 10am today. In next 12 hours, it is forecasted mainly moving west northwestward at 15- 20 kilometers, and then the depression is going to develop into storm.
By 22 pm today, the low depression will enter territorial waters of Quang Nam and Binh Dinh. The maximum wind will blow at level 8- 10.
Because of the influence of the typhoon after developing from the tropical low pressure, the mid territorial waters of Paracel and Spratly Islands will see powerful wind of level 6- 7, even gust level 8- 10 near the center and sea rough.
In next 12- 24 hours, the storm will continue moving west northwestward at 15- 20 kilometers. By 10am tomorrow, it will directly attack mainland of the mid central region. The offshore wind will be measured at level 8- 10.
Both the offshore waters from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh and the central coastal waters from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai will suffer powerful wind of level 6- 10 and sea rough.
Besides, the weather conditions of strong wind, big waves and sea rough have covered in the southern region of East Sea. Within next 24- 36 hours, the storm is predicted moving westward at 15- 20 kilometers.
The typhoon circulation will bring medium- heavy rains and powerful wind in the provinces from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh, from Quang Binh to Thanh Hoa, the Central Highlands and the southern region on September 12- 14.
