Weather forecast fine for Tet Holiday

The weather is forecast quite fine across the country in the coming Tet holiday (the Lunar New Year), according to the National Hydro Meteorological Forecasting Center.

The center was speaking at a seminar in Hanoi yesterday to announce holiday weather forecast.
The center said that temperature in the week long holiday from February 4-11 will be higher than the average level in many previous years.
The northern region might see cold fronts making it cold. The Red River Delta and the north central region will receive drizzles. Shower is predicted in partially southern areas.
Mr. Le Thanh Hai, head of Vietnam Meteorological and Hydrological Administration, said that this year the stormy season in the East Sea is likely to come later than many years. Hot and muggy weather might come sooner in the northwest region and the central region.
