Vam Cong bridge open to traffic in Mekong Delta

Major anti-flooding project rushes to finish line in HCMC

The first phase of the anti-flooding project in HCMC was kicked off on June 26, 2017 with the total capital of VND10 trillion (US$429.74 million) comprising of six tidal control sewers and five embankments with the total length of 7,801 kilometers.

Former President Le Duc Anh laid to rest in HCMC

A burial ceremony was held for former President General Le Duc Anh, former Politburo member and former advisor to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), at the Martyrs’ Cemetery in Ho Chi Minh City at 5p.m. on May 3.
