In response to the proposal, the Prime Minister has assigned the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Planning and Investment to work with Spacebel to clarify the financial assistance to be provided by the Belgium government for the project, which will allow small satellites to observe natural resources, the environment, and disasters.

Spacebel designs and markets decision support systems for territory, environment, natural resources and hazard management using satellite observation data.
