This is an app on mobile devices for residents via their receipt code to access information on various administrative procedures, the status of documentation process, and even formal plans of the whole district.

Using this app, people are able to apply for a business license, submit medical records and reports on administrative violations for the local authorities to timely handle.

Chairman Thinh affirmed that the launch of this app is a breakthrough in the improvement of administrative formalities in Binh Tan District, contributing to the transform of Ho Chi Minh City into a smart urban area.

It is expected that this app will increase the interaction between the local authorities and their citizens, hopefully reducing inconvenience when carrying out administrative services.
