Cooperation to prevent illegal attacks to telecommunications network

From September 2017 to August 2018, members of VNPT HCMC closely collaborated with the police in district and ward levels to actively identify and prevent criminals from attacking the telecommunications network, businesses, and stations.

VNPT HCMC also tried its best to raise its customers’ awareness of self protection of information, especially the one on the Internet. It also encouraged its users to immediately report any suspicious activities in order to timely identify illegal stealing of telecommunications fee or security violation.

VNPT HCMC cooperated with security units to arrest criminals and reclaim property. In addition, it distributed a document about ‘How to identify thieves of telecommunications equipment via their methods’ to the public in order to raise people’s awareness of this kind of crime.

In the event, the movement ‘Citizens Protect National Security in the years 2018 – 2019’ was also launched. On the occasion, VNPT HCMC had the honor to receive the award Best Team in the movement ‘Citizens Protect National Security in the year 2017’.
