Government approves Viettel’s money-saving solution

The document and work record management system has various functions to administer received documents, papers waiting for signing, work, and electronic records.

The application of a ‘paperless office’ in the Government Office helps to save up to VND1,100 billion (approx. $47.4 million) of overhead cost per year.

In addition, the new management system can boost the document solving process by 5 times.

At the moment, this system is being used by 700 state officers in the Government Office to process over 2 million received documents and release more than 400,000 new ones.

This document and work record management system now connects 100 percent of state units, including the Office of the Party Central Committee, 31 ministries and same-level agencies, governmental offices, 63 provinces and municipalities.
