Goalkeeper Kieu Trinh & her teammates to be honored

The Vietnam Football Federation said captain goalkeeper Dang Thi Kieu Trinh will be awarded the labor order, third class by the State due to her contributions with the Vietnam national women's football team in previous years.

Kieu Trinh is one of national women football players who earned many outstanding achievements. She ever received the titles of Vietnam’s golden ball in 2011, 2012 and 2017 and attended SEA Games for five times. Through those, she and her female football players grabbed 3 gold medals, 2 silver medals.

The Vietnam women's football players will also receive certificates of merit by the Prime Minister.
