Mobile subscribers in VN allowed to maintain number when switching providers

The three largest mobile phone operators in Vietnam, namely VinaPhone, Viettel, and MobiFone, will officially allow their subscribers to switch provider without changing their number from November 16, in accordance with the Circular No.35/2017 issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
