Hanoi abruptly launches criminal investigation over Dong Tam case

The Investigation Police Agency of Hanoi on Tuesday abruptly made a decision to launch criminal investigation over Dong Tam case, in which residents captured police officials as hostages to ask city leaders to sold land dispute in My Duc district.
