The National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF) said from today until August 18, the northern and north central region will see torrential rains. The rainfall is expected to reach 250mm to 350mm.
The National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF) said the flooding may occur at lowland areas, riverside areas and areas outside the dyke systems in the Mekong delta province of An Giang, Dong Thap and Long An.
