Electrician exempted from VND90 million penalty for $100 change

Deputy chairman of Can Tho city People’s Committee Truong Quang Hoai Nam has assigned relevant agencies to do necessary procedures to exempt Mr. Nguyen Ca Re from the penalty of VND90 million (US$3,860) for selling an one hundred US dollar note to an ineligible jewelry shop.
