The southern province of Tien Giang has signed a cooperation agreement with Zalo to officially launch the public administrative services and the electronic government 4.0 on the platform of Zalo, which now has around 80 million users. The signing ceremony is within the framework of the conference on implementing the project of ‘Building My Tho into a smart city in the period from 2017-2020’.
