The National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting said a low-pressure system centered at 21.1 degrees north latitude, 112.1 degrees east longitude at 13pm on August 12 on the sea areas of the south part of Guangdong Province (China)
The National center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting issued its latest weather news that early morning August 10, low-pressure zone in North West parts of Hoang Sa Archipelago developed into a tropical low-pressure system.
Due to the affection of the southwestern monsoon, the region in the middle and south of the east sea (including Truong Sa archipelago) experiences strong wind, rough sea. Strong sea waves are forecast to reach up to 2 to 4m high, said the National Center for Hydro Meteorological and Forecasting.
