Japanese firms propose more efforts in administrative reform

Japanese businesses yesterday proposed Vietnamese authorized agencies to make more efforts in administrative reform, reduce customs clearance time to fruits and vegetables from currently 3-4 days to one day and animal and plant quarantine time from nine to five days to ensure import product quality.
