Four Vietnamese citizens were among the passengers on a plane of Papua New Guinea’s Air Niugini that missed the runway at an airport in Micronesia last week, the Vietnamese Embassy in Indonesia confirmed on Sunday.

Mr. Pham Van Nghiep, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Phu Quoc District in Kien Giang Province announced yesterday that from August 2018, the Operation Center of Phu Quoc Smart City will begin receiving and processing information or messages sent by citizens on various major fields to aid the local authorities in emergency cases, including natural disasters, accidents, fatal incidents, security problems, issues related to the environment and tourism.
