The National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting said early morning August 17, Bebinca typhoon entered the Nam Dinh and Thanh Hoa provinces' coastal areas and then weakened into a tropical low-pressure system.
The National center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting issued its latest weather news that early morning August 10, low-pressure zone in North West parts of Hoang Sa Archipelago developed into a tropical low-pressure system.
According to the national center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting, the 3rd storm Son Tinh at 16pm July 18 centered at 18.8 degrees latitude, 107.5 degrees east longitude, on the Tokin Gulf, 190km from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh provinces.
Low-pressure system in the Tokin Gulf yesterday developed into tropical low-pressure and is heading to the northern provinces of Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh. One another low-pressure also occurred in the east of the Philippines and is forecast to move to the East Sea in the next days.
This afternoon (July 10), a low-pressure zone formed in the north of Hoang Sa (Paracel) Archipelago and is moving slowly in the Tonkin Gulf, issued by the National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting.
Due to the affection of a tropical low-pressure, the coastal region of north of East Sea experiences strong winds of level 6 to 7 and prolonged rains. Waves are from 3 to 4m high and rough seas, said the National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting.
