Typhoon Kirogi to land in provinces from Khanh Hoa to Binh Thuan

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center warned that tropical typhoon Kirogi would be centered at the south- central territorial waters of Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan  provinces with its maximum wind of level 8- 12 at 4am tomorrow.
