HCMC is the first locality in Vietnam applying one door mechanism which has reduced time to do administrative procedures of projects in export processing zones (IPZs) and industrial parks (IPs), accounting account for one third of that outside the zones and parks, according to statistics by the Ministry of Justice.
Following Ho Chi Minh City’s plan to support workers’ children in industrial and export processing zones in the academic year 2017-2018, overtime care service will be offered to workers in Tan Thuan Processing Park in district 7 and Tay Bac Industrial Park in Cu Chi district.
As of February 6 ( the tenth day of the first lunar month), most of laborers returned to work in their factories in export processing zones and industrial parks in Ho Chi Minh City after they reunited with their relatives in the Tet holiday.

The Department of Education and Training in Ho Chi Minh City has sent its guideline on the plan to offer overtime care service for workers’ children in industrial and export processing zones from 2016 to 2020 approved by the city People’s Committee on August 17, 2016.
Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone (EPZ) should continue developing high-tech industries and support industry in the upcoming time, said deputy chairman of the city People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem at the celebration on the 25th anniversary of its establishment yesterday.
