89 travel agencies receive 2017 Vietnam tourism awards

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and Vietnam Tourism Association jointly organized the award ceremony aiming to honor Vietnam’s leading travel enterprises 2017.

Vietnam tourism awards have been launched since 1999 to now, contributing to boost and enhance the quality of tourist products, services and create chance for travel enterprises to develop new tourist products and brand names.

This year’s awards were given to 89 travel enterprises. Vietnam tourism industry has current contributed 6.8 percent in the country’s gross domestic product (GDP). It has set the target to reach a growth rate up to 15 percent and receive 11.5 millions of international visitors in 2017.
