The event themed “Ha Long – Heritage, Wonder, Friendly Destination”, will feature 50 major programs that will be held in the northern province of Quang Ninh. Around 40 others will take place in provinces and cities across the country.
Large-scale activities will be Ha Long Carnival, the biggest annual festival in Ha Long which attracts a huge number of tourists each year, taking place on April 28; the Yen Tu cherry – yellow apricot blossom festival, the celebration of the 730 years of the Bach Dang Victory over Mongol invaders under the leadership of General Tran Hung Dao that will be organized in April; U21 Football Tournament from October 25-November 4.
