The plan is part of the proposal on the location of port and harbor, water transportation, and waterway tourism by the municipal Department of Transport.
The People’s Committee of the city asked relevant departments to make a research plan on Sai Gon- Khanh Hoi port to develop its full potentials, functional and service areas to attract more local and international vessels as well as meeting high demand of maritime transport.
