Cruise liner docks with around 3,000 foreign tourists

Saigontourist welcomed around 3,000 tourists and crew members of five-star cruise liner ‘Celebrity Millennium’ that docked at Tan Cang Cai Mep Port in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau on December 13.

Most of the tourists are American, Canadian, British and Australian nationals. They will start their six-day tour of Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh City and then travel to the central province of Thua Thien-Hue and Ha Long Bay in the north.

The holiday-makers will join sightseeing tours in the southern province of Vung Tau, My Tho and Ho Chi Minh City.

As part of the trans-Vietnam tour, the five-star cruise liner will also take the visitors to Chan May Port in the ancient capital of Hue on December 16, and Ha Long Bay in the northern province of Quang Ninh on December 17.
