Hanoi Transport and Service Corporation launched Hop on - Hop off city bus tour. The buses have free wifi, refrigerator, small beverage counter and air-condition. There are different prices of VND300,000 ($13.1) for four hours; VND400,000 for 24 hours and VND650,000 for 48 hours.
The two-story vehicles stop at one of their 13 stations after every 30 minutes between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm every day on Hanoi’s famous streets. The devices tell 'the next station' in several languages such as Vietnamese, English, Chinese, French, Korean, Japanese and Russian are available in the bus helping groups of tourists.
Speaking at the inauguration of the bus tour, Deputy Chairman of Hanoi Nguyen The Hung proposed Transerco to liaise with the Department of Tourism, the Department of Transport and relevant agencies to increase information and promotion for the new tourist product to local and international travelers.
In addition, departments must take heed to infrastructure condition to ensure the city tour safely.
