Cam Ranh is home to many beautiful beaches and a deep water port facility. The average flying time for a direct flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Cam Ranh Airport is around one hour, Hideo told Japan’s Nikkei newspaper.
H.I.S will cooperate with a local group to build a US$1.8 billion resort complex with 5-6 hotels, one or two of which to be built by the Japanese company.
The Vietnamese group is interested in building a large-scale theme park inside the complex which is similar to Huis Ten Bosch Park in Nagasaki, he said.
