Jetstar Pacific to open new routes to Northeast Asian countries

Accordingly, the route from Ho Chi Minh City to Hong Kong (China) will be operational with four flights per week starting November 18.

The daily flight between Hanoi and Guangzhou will be launched on December 1.

The new service between Ho Chi Minh City and Guangzhou will be provided  five times per week from December 2.

The carrier will offer three weekly flights linking Da Nang and Taipei starting December 2.

The new international service using 180-seat Airbus 320 aims to meet growing demand for air travel.

Chinese visitors to Vietnam in the first nine months totaled 1.98 million, an increase of 58 per cent year-on-year, according to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT). The carrier always makes every effort to bring more choices and air travel opportunities for passengers, the director added.

On the occasion, Jetstar Pacific has launched a promotional program offering super cheap tickets on some domestic and international routes from only VND68, 000 (US$2.95). The sale will be started at 9 a.m. on October 18 and run until 11 a.m. on October 22 at its website www.jetstar.com.
